we are looking for an experience HR Manager who will be a partner to our team management.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager (HR BP) or similar role 3+ years

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process on all organizational levels. experience with digital marketing positions is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to prioritize work, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and demonstrate strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience from hi-tech corporate and startup is a must.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage company’s recruitment processes including candidate sourcing and advertising, using various platforms, conducting in-depth HR interviews and managing the contract signing process.

• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes of new employees.

• Consulting, coaching and assisting managers with their staff

• Responsible for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of welfare, including birthday gifts, company celebrations, holiday celebrations and gifts, fun days, happy hours and more.

• Responsible for organizational development and training: organizational changes, manager's development, feedback processes, performance evaluation, etc.

• Address employee relations issues and handle conflict resolution.

• Leading and managing periodic reviews and evaluation processes, both for employees and managers.

• Maintain employee records and documentation.
