IT Specialist

We are seeking an IT Specialist as a contractor or a part-time position to join our team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and managing our technology infrastructure. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in both the Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, passionate about technology, and adept at getting SW applications and hardware equipment to work.

In this position, you will:

• Manage routers and firewalls
• Patch OS and Applications
• Resolve technical issues in real-time
• Be responsible for hardware storage and repair
• Take care of our hardware inventory
• Manage applicable vendor relationships for hardware and SaaS applications
• Manage the repairs of hardware in a timely manner

Our ideal candidate will:

• Organized and responsible
• Working with MDMs (Kandji and Jumpcloud)
• Experience with Router, Firewall, and Network configuration
• Understanding of VPNs and Zero Trust Networks
• Experience in technical support
• Passionate about technology and savvy in using software and hardware equipment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
• Knowledge of programming languages (preferably Powershell)
• Fluent in English
