Sales Call Center Manager

For a leading financial organization, we are seeking a Sales Call Center Manager - Life and Health.

As a Sales Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing call center data, managing and coaching the team, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Management and leadership of managers and employees to achieve goals:
• Partnership in establishing new activities and developing work processes.
• Construction of decision-making processes and maximizing outcomes.
• Leading work processes with organizational interfaces.
• Ongoing control over sales and service processes.
• Leadership, mentoring, empowerment, and development of employees and managers.

Requirements:

• Experience in call center management - mandatory.
• Deep familiarity with processes in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Bachelor's degree - an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, drive processes, and control them.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with interfaces.
• Ability to work in a digital, high-pressure, and task-oriented environment.
• Leadership and management ability with people and tasks.
