We are expanding our IT team and seeking a new team member to support our global organization.

We are looking for a technologically talented IT Specialist who is hands-on with a can-do approach, possesses strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is ambitious, and highly motivated to support company end-users and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Configure and administer all IT systems.
• Manage network infrastructure.
• Support employees worldwide with all IT issues.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT.
• Experienced with Microsoft environments including Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, and Office.
• Experienced with Active Directory (including Azure AD, hybrid deployment, user management Office 365, and SharePoint).
• Familiar with NTFS and SHARE permissions.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, hardware, and peripherals.
• Experience and knowledge in networking (fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking: DNS, DHCP, subnets, IP addressing), switches, and routing.
• Understanding of IT backend environments (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, O365, Intune).
• Experienced with Firewalls (FortiGate, Checkpoint).
• Experience with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on scripting knowledge – PowerShell / Bash.
• Basic Linux commands.
• Understanding of Identity Provider/SSO concepts such as Okta.
