Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic driven Business Development Representative who excels at engaging potential partners in Israel and coordinating project management with HQ. The ideal candidate will thrive on international communication, effortlessly deliver clear and compelling messages, and adapt quickly to an evolving business environment.

As a natural 'explorer,' you will develop, implement, and manage strategies to effectively engage partnerships, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in  fostering positive relationships with partners and HQ in Tokyo, driving the  mission forward through effective communication and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Project Management:

• Facilitate project management tasks between partners in Israel and HQ in Tokyo.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication to support project goals and deliverables

Engage Potential Partners:

• Identifying and engaging with potential business partners in Israel.
• Market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

Relationship Building:

• Support the maintenance of positive relationships with partners and HQ through regular updates and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison to ensure both parties are informed and aligned on strategic initiatives.

Adapt to Evolving Business Environment:

• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to support strategy adaptation.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' of experience in related role
• Proficiency in English and basic Japanese(capable of daily communication) is required.
• Proficiency in creating and managing documents using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other similar tools.
• Ability to support  generating  market research and data analysis reports.
• Friendly and approachable with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to assist in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
