HRBP - Private Dry Market, Sales Division

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement people-related work plans in alignment with the strategic business plans of the Sales and HR Divisions.
• Implement and embed cross-functional professional processes and tools derived from the HR strategy.
• Partner, support, and guide managers in leading organizational changes and processes.
• Provide coaching and counseling to managers to develop leadership skills and meet the needs of people in the units.
• Shared responsibility with HR headquarters for designing and implementing solutions in the unit: recruitment, learning, organizational development, well-being, compensation, labor relations, etc.
• Member of the HR team in the Sales Division and manage 1 HR Manager.
• Care and treatment of various aspects for all employees in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role, including leading organizational change, project management, individual care, structural changes, compensation, and cross-organizational HR processes.
• Experience in managing HR in line units with high turnover and a challenging work environment.
• Management experience is required.
• Love of people, high interpersonal communication and mental resilience.
• Experience in consulting and coaching middle and senior managers.
