Information Technology Specialist

For a leading company in Tel Aviv, we are seeking an IT Specialist.

Job Description:

- Maintenance of workstations, printers, and internal and external communication.

- Operation and monitoring of backups, maintenance of security applications.

- User support and troubleshooting on company sites and branches.

- Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

- At least two years of experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role - mandatory.

- Professional certifications: MCSA/MCSE/MCITP - mandatory.

- Knowledge and experience with Azure, Active Directory, Office 365 - mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of networking - mandatory.

- Experience in a Terminal Server environment - mandatory.

- Familiarity with VPN, Fortigate - an advantage.

- Experience with VMWARE and VEEAM Backup & Replication systems - an advantage.

- Familiarity with MacOS operating system - a significant advantage.

- Knowledge in information security, Fortigate Firewall - an advantage.

- High service orientation, self-learning ability, willingness to work hard, meticulousness, and order in task execution.
