Information Technology Specialist

REE Automotive is a pioneering technology company reinventing e-mobility. REE has developed the next generation EV platform ready to carry the future of e-mobility.

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Providing support and maintenance to all users and devices.

· Support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.

· Install and configure new workstations and software.

· Report and escalate issues to IT Manager

· Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years’ experience as an IT Help-desk or onsite IT support

· Experience with maintaining a network computing environment, working directly with tickets and platforms

· Experience supporting all Operating Systems: Linux, Mac OS, Windows

· Experience supporting Active Directory and Office 365

· Experience with supporting SolidWorks, Tasking, MATLAB, Flow, PDM, Priority, Salesforce.

· Customer service orientation.

· Problem solving & analysis.

· Attention to details.

· Ability to prioritize urgent requests

· Ability to work under pressure
