Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Customer Success Manager located in Kfar Saba. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data and providing insights, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the same role
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building skills
• Analytical Skills for data analysis and insights
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the market research or customer service industry
