Global Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Gloabal team

As a Recruiter Partner you’ll be managing the full cycle recruitment process, you will independently handle and drive global recruitment for various companies for diverse roles from tech positions to C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast & efficient recruiting process, and advise on profiles, companies to target from etc.
• Bring in the best talents to create the best matches, while providing your meaningful insights.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, full candidate management, and onboarding.
• Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Expending our sourcing channels. Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment / tech recruitment in a fast paced company /or agency environment
• Previous experience in hi-tech and international environments will be preferable but not required
• Strong communication skills, dynamic, creative, independent, curious and committed
• Customer-oriented and results-driven
• High level communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, creative, resourceful, problem solver.
• Excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong decision-making skills, high energy, and passion
• Fluent English and Hebrew (both verbal and written)
