Head of Social Media

A prominent B2C tech company in Israel, known for its highly popular mobile app with tens of millions of downloads, is seeking an experienced Head of Social Media. This role is pivotal in driving organic growth within the social ecosystem and includes managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives to drive impactful results
• Lead and mentor a team of social media experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Oversee the creation and implementation of high-impact social media campaigns aimed at organic growth and global reach
• Work closely with various departments to ensure social media strategies are aligned with broader company goals
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and technologies, encouraging a culture of experimentation within the team
• Enhance brand interactions and cultivate a positive brand experience across all social media platforms

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Experience in a Senior Social Media management role
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, managing employees directly
• Extensive experience in B2C, media/entertainment, talent/celebrity, or the creator ecosystem, with a strong focus on social media
• Demonstrated success in launching impactful organic social media campaigns on a global scale
• Proficiency in exploring new tools and technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
