We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, collaborating to optimize and expand campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Meet and work under budget guidelines.
• Work with multiple systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management, preferably in Gambling or related fields.
• Familiar with affiliate/partner platforms and tools.
• High negotiation skills
• A self-starter and results driven.
• Experience decision maker based on KPIs and data.
• Fluent in English.
• A marketing or Digital degree and diploma - Advantage
• Familiar working directly on media platforms – Advantage
