Role Overview: As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering insightful reports for stakeholders, designing and implementing data storage solutions, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of data pipelines. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, Tableau, and Rivery to drive our data initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Development:
• Create comprehensive and actionable reports for stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Data Modelling:
• Design and implement efficient data warehouse solutions tailored for analytical purposes.
• Optimize data models and storage methods for performance and scalability.
• Writing procedures to populate data warehouse models
• Data Pipeline Management:
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake and Rivery.
• Ensure seamless data flow from various sources to the data warehouse.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues to maintain data quality and reliability.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Act as a subject matter expert for data analytics within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts as the team grows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with other programming languages such as Python or R - Advantage
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (BI Dashboards), specifically Tableau.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with the Modern Data Stack tools for data pipeline and Lakehouse (like Snowflake and Rivery) is not a must but certainly an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
