We’re looking for a Junior Quantitative Researcher to help us grow our leading product into new frontiers.

As a Junior Quantitative Researcher you'll play a crucial role in the planning, measuring and improving our products. This is a unique opportunity to grow your research and analytical skills within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of research professionals (including data science, actuary, clinical development) to drive innovative research projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic business questions and operational concepts to measurement methodology, and convert them to insights and data driven decisions
• Help business teams define KPIs and enable continuous tracking and reporting of these KPIs
• Own the product performance measurement and reporting
• Build and maintain repository of routine performance analysis templates and reports for internal and external routine reporting
• Build and maintain repository of deep-dive analysis building blocks to be reused across multiple scenarios/reports
• Build and maintain dashboards for routine tracking of performance metrics by stakeholders within the organization
• Identify and resolve anomalies/issues/gaps in data

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in one of the following fields (or similar): statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, including the following libraries: pandas, numpy, stats, scikitlearn
• Academic level knowledge of statistics (e.g. statistical inference, statistical tests, experiment design)
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with cloud data platforms and visualizations tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Critical thinking around data and data driven decisions
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders and translate into actionable insights
