Client Services Data Analyst

AppsFlyer is looking for a Data Analyst focused on our Global Client Services (GCS) department to help strategize and drive growth & efficiency through business-oriented analytics.

As a data analyst in our GTM Data Analysts group, you will work in a framework where Analysts are unified under one professional structure while remaining connected to the functional departments. This design is shaped to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and drive more value for our customers & partners at scale.

Works closely with Client Services management and create analytical tools for over 200 customer success managers and their teams from over 20 offices around the world

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Client Services analytical projects end-to-end in order to support the department strategy & operations
• Play a key role in setting up and analytically supporting the Client Services targets setting and KPI
• Enable, manipulate, design, analyze & maintain data, and create beautiful, insightful & actionable dashboards and business processes on various platforms such as Looker, Salesforce, and more, in order to bring value to our CSM teams, CS management & to support our strategy
• Analyze, Support and monitor existing business processes and assist with improving them in order to be more efficient, scalable and drive better results
• Explore new databases, methodologies and tools, and enable them for our users to provide them with valuable and actionable insights
  
  

What You Have

• +2 years of work experience as a data / business analyst in a large SaaS company
• High proficiency in SQL & Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics & Finance. Etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - clear and articulate communicator in English- Presentation level
• Strong analytical skills set, business-oriented thinking with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to details and accuracy
