Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engage with prospects from different countries, participate in sales meetings, and contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation
strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and
requirements.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of STOREE's solutions and services to bring them to meet. .
- Schedule meetings and join the sales team to meetings with qualified leads.
- Maintain & manage accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in different systems.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to achieve results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM / Lead generation / Sales automation software.
