About the role
This is your opportunity to join an exciting start up that is building cutting-edge tools and transformative technology in the communication space.
In this critically important role, you’ll be the first sales contact with prospective customers, responsible for effectively growing the Sales Pipeline to achieve revenue goals. The SDR will engage prospects over the phone and email and qualify them for online or F2F presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, company databases, and more.
- Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via email, phone, and social media to introduce Hear.ai's services and establish interest among potential customers.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
- Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, addressing their inquiries and educating them about Hear.ai's offerings.
- Trial Conversion: Encourage and assist prospects in starting trials by showcasing their potential benefits.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead interactions and progression records in our CRM system.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English, other languages (German or Spanish) – an advantage
- 2-3+ years of sales or customer service experience for a SaaS B2B company
- Dynamic, high energy sales professional with experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment
- Experience with crafting personalized messages and understanding of ICP/IPPs, prospecting, outreach, video messaging tools
- Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
- Flexible to working in US hours when needed
