Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes by using Axiom's access management platform. You will guide customers from initial engagement through implementation and ongoing optimization, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement - Engage with prospects to understand their identity and access management challenges in cloud, SaaS, and DBs.
- Demonstration - Demonstrate how Axiom's platform can streamline their least-privilege journey.
- Proof of Value—Manage the entire PoV lifecycle, including planning, setup, monitoring, and reporting. Evaluate PoV outcomes and provide detailed feedback to customers and internal teams.
- Customization - Design and customize identity security solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Deployments - Lead the deployment and integration of Axiom's platform into existing IT infrastructures.
- Technical Support - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
- Performance Monitoring - Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.
- Platform Training - Conduct customer training sessions on platform usage and management.
- Technical Documentation & Playbooks - Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices guides.
- Collaboration - Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, translating feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Learn - Stay abreast of industry trends to keep the platform competitive.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in customer success, technical sales, or consulting within the cybersecurity, cloud computing, or SaaS industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud architecture and IAM.
- Skills: Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities: A passion for cybersecurity and customer success, an innovative and proactive approach, and a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
