Help Desk Technician

A leading, successful and regulated fintech company in Herzliya is looking for a Help Desk technician for a full time job.

Job Starts at 8:30 am.

The position is full time on site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and basic router/firewall configuration.
• Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment procurement.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
• Workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Troubleshooting hardware and network issues
• Hardware and software purchase, replacement, and inventory process
• Technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers)
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Requirements:

• Great communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms
• Good knowledge of Windows and its applications
• Experience with Active Directory
• knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP
• Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge
• Self-reliance
• Proficiency in English
