**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver immediate tech support to team members through phone, direct contact, and digital communications.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software, including personal computers, mobile devices, printing devices, etc.

- Set up, adjust, and upkeep operating systems and various software utilities.

- Offer assistance in resolving network problems, addressing connectivity hitches and basic configuration of routers and firewalls.

- Manage IT assets, encompassing inventory monitoring and managing hardware acquisitions.

- Conduct fundamental training and provide advice regarding IT frameworks and tools.

**Qualifications:**

- Capability to manage workstation setup, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance.

- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and network malfunctions.

- Ability to manage acquisitions, replacements, and the inventory process for hardware and software.

- Skilled in providing technical aid for software issues on desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.

- Promptness in addressing service-related inquiries.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the proficiency to demystify complex technical issues.

- Solid understanding of Windows environments and related applications.

- Familiarity with Active Directory and internet-related technologies like DNS, HTTP.
