Junior Data Analyst - Full-time, Temporary

Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst for our Data Research team, reporting to the VP Data Science and Analytics. Our research team is based in Tel Aviv, dealing with rapid innovation, prototyping and detailed research of regulations and policies. As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating the most advanced and comprehensive tools for discovering sensitive data. Our ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience or a strong interest in researching online resources (including websites and documents) and using pattern detection/regex techniques to uncover sensitive information within them.

What you’ll do:

• Research various privacy and security standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• Explore and do deep searches for sample documents and content in various online resources
• Create advanced Regex and NLP classifiers to help detect sensitive information through patterns
• Work with Customers and Support teams to fine-tune accuracy
• Produce and maintain relevant test scripts as part of our continuous testing system
  
  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or linguistic field.
• Experience or strong interest in online research, data extraction/scraping, and accuracy measurements (false positives/negatives).
• Wide areas of interest and general knowledge as well as a passion for learning new stuff.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  
  

• Knowledge of Python or Java programming languages.
• Familiarity with Regex and data labeling tools.
• Familiarity with checksum/validation methods.
• Language skills in languages other than Hebrew and English.
