Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our family and be a major part of our sales team. The SDR will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. 

This position is a part time job (50%) with an option to expand the scope of the position. 

·     Key Responsibilities 

o Research and identify target prospects through various channels, like cold calling, emails, and social 

o Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs 

o Qualify leads based on criteria, like budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) 

o Handoff qualified leads to sales account managers 

o Conduct effective discovery calls to assess fit for our solutions 

o Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system 

o Participate in sales meetings and trainings 

·      Required Skills and Experience 

o Bachelor's degree\ or during degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

o Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize and take initiative 

o Ability to understand Madeira’s products and technologies 

o Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities 

o Inquisitive nature to ask clarifying questions 

o Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write and speak) 

o Passion for technology and the data services industry 

o Experience in technology company – An advantage 

o Microsoft DP-900 & AZ-900 certifications - An advantage
