Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-oriented, self-reliant and experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will make a great impact on the company activity by delivering valuable insights in order to improve our users data experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Data team, including Data Science, Engineering and Product, and help improve our data experience.

You will

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide actionable insights to improve our data experience.
• Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, employing the art of storytelling to convey complex findings in a clear and impactful manner.
• Collaborate and work closely with a variety of teams including Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Product Managers and R&D.
• Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities from various data drives innovation and competitive advantages, including performing predictive models that influence company decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize performance.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a data analyst or related role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases .
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools for creating interactive dashboards and reports - advantage.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world problems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
