Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Lama AI located in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies for customer retention. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies
• Analytical Skills for analyzing customer data
• Relationship Building skills for building strong relationships with clients
• Customer Service skills to provide excellent support to customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fintech or financial industry is a plus
