Position Overview
nReach is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our account executive team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the maximization of our product value to drive customer growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ownership. Increase retention and growth of nReach’s most valuable customers.
- Manage the implementation of new use cases, best practices, and functionality to expand existing accounts (Cross Sell/Upsell). Midsize level accounts.
- Build relationships with the technical and management teams and with C-level executives.
- Be a trusted partner for the customers on the use-case and product functionality to enhance their performance and growth.
- Conduct videos to educate our customers with best practices to utilize business opportunities and product functionalities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success roles, supporting technical products in a high-tech environment
- Experience in delivering B2B SAAS customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Problem-solving skills: you’re a natural troubleshooter and process-oriented
- Demonstrated skill in learning and applying new technologies, with a strong ability for addressing technical concerns.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Experience with G Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides, is preferred
- Strong team player capabilities.
- Sales-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and technical aspects
- Orientation towards product knowledge and its application in sales contexts
- Native or like-native English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
