Customer Service Manager

Remedix Care Ltd, in the manufacture and supply of sterile intravenous pharmaceutical preparations to hospitals and at-home patients.

Our customer service accompanies at-home IV patients throughout the treatment continuum stages following receipt of a prescription.

Our customer service coordinated the hospital discharge process, starting  with the validation of the prescription and the receipt of the financial obligation from the health insurer followed by compounding of an prescription and coordination of training by a certified nurse. Finally the customer service coordinates supply to the patient’s home on the same day. ‎

Management of the activity of the customer service department in the largest compounding center in Israel-

Direct management of more than 10 medical service coordinators.

Coordination of  internal and external organizational interfaces - hospitals, sick funds funds, patients and more.

Leading the department to meet service metrics and goals in all customer response channels (calls, emails).

Handling complex customer complaints

Measurement and control of representatives' performance and service quality.

Regular handling of reports of both internal and external interfaces.

Job requirements

At least 3 years in managing a customer service system - mandatory

Experience working on institutional and private clients - mandatory

Excellent communication skills.

Flexibility and ability to think "out of the box" for  solutions s in sensitive and complex situations.

Experience working in a multi-data environment

Ability to read, analyze and draw conclusions from data
