Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Specialist at GLGteam. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for network administration, information technology support, troubleshooting, network security, and delivering excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure, resolving technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing timely support to our clients. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

• Information Technology knowledge and experience
• Network Security expertise
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus
