Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician at STARTICA LTD in Petah Tikva. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and performing computer repairs. The role will also involve providing help desk support to resolve users' technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop computer troubleshooting and repair
• Technical support and help desk support skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Experience with network troubleshooting
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.)
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work well in a team
