Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist - 4864. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service.

Qualifications

• Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
• Experience in Information Technology and Customer Service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of MIS applications and information technologies
• Familiarity with mobile app development, enterprise wireless solutions, Big Data and analytics solutions, cloud architecture design, and security solutions is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA Network+)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
