The Role:
As an SDR at FutureEcom, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, playing a crucial role in generating new business and contributing to our revenue goals. Your primary mission will be to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our eCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling, emailing and messaging.
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
· Present our company to potential clients, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate services.
· Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
· Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
· Report to the company weekly/monthly on sales results.
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
· Track record of achieving sales quotas.
· Familiarity with SaaS and ecommerce platforms.
· Understanding of sales performance metrics.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
· English as a mother tongue.
· BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
