This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician at STARTICA LTD located in Petah Tikva. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, help desk support, and computer repair.

• Experience in providing technical support and help desk support
• Knowledge of troubleshooting desktop computers and computer repair
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or degree in a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
