Responsibilities:

• Assist product team with ongoing data analysis projects
• Assist with data collection from various sources (databases, surveys, etc.)
• Clean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and implement data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate findings
• Fine-tune on knowledge base update
• Train AI Model to ensure data accuracy
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Basic understanding of SQL querying is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
