Information Technology Specialist

Job brief 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to implement, maintain and support our product deployment at customers’ production sites. You will be part of R&D that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. 

Responsibilities 

• Configure and install various network devices and services  
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations 
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability 
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning 
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues 
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure 
• Select and implement security and support tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the other company’s teams 
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements and skills 

• proven hands-on network support engineering experience for at least 3 years 
• Proven international customer support experience  
• Deep understanding of networking protocols  
• Solid understanding of cloud environment and tools, such as AWS (S3),  
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools 
• Linux and Windows server knowledge  
• English – High level in writing and speaking
