Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a crucial bridge between our cutting-edge AI solutions and our valued clients. This role is designed for an individual with a technical background who is eager to dive into the world of AI, even without prior direct experience in data science. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive outstanding support and service, driving their success and satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Guide customers through the installation, implementation, and optimization of our AI solutions.
- Understand customer needs and work closely with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet these needs.
- Arrange training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Monitor customer health indicators, feedback, and satisfaction levels, focusing on increasing and deepening adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide insights into customer experiences and suggest improvements.
- Develop strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as renewals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer success, technical support, account management), in a tech or startup environment.
- Experience in data-related technologies (data science is a plus).
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, reliable, with a learning attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- This position necessitates the ability to work adaptable hours to accommodate US time zones.
