General Description:

We are seeking a Pleno-Senior Data Analyst with a robust analytical background and at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at manipulating data from diverse sources, including SQL databases and Excel, and proficient in visualizing data insights using Power BI or similar dashboard tools. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

A minimum of 5 years of experience and a B2 English level is required.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Efficiently collect, clean, and manage data from various sources (SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data sets.
• Dashboard Development: Design and develop intuitive and interactive dashboards using Power BI (or equivalent tools) to visualize data insights and support business decision-making processes.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports that clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data analysis needs and provide strategic support.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and methodologies to continuously improve data analytical processes.

Skills:

• Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI. Must be able to integrate data from various sources and create visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables), and data analysis tools within Excel.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in the Data Field (Analytics, Data Engineering, Data platforms)
• Hands-on experience in manipulating big amounts of data
• Documentation and white-boarding skills.
• Be a proactive person meaning a natural storyteller capable of translating the data into business insights
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with programming languages (Python)
• BigData experience is a big PLUS (Spark, Dataproc, etc.)
• Familiarity managing Data directly in any Cloud Provider (AWS, GCP or Azure)
