Product Analytics and Data Lead

An early-stage startup at the intersection of healthcare and fintech is looking for a Product Analytics and Data Lead. We are a fun, small, fifteen-person driven team based in Tel Aviv (near HaShalom).

About the Role:

• ⁠Data Analytics/Science: Immerse and become an expert in US health insurance to build and improve the data-driven parts of our company’s offerings (e.g. a recommendation engine for top insurance plans based on employee personal preferences).
• Data Scouting/Integration: Find unique data sources, integrate them into our warehouse, and continuously enhance our warehouse and its pipelines.
• ⁠⁠BI: Build smart dashboards that provide insights to ops, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Product Analytics: Provide observability by defining the events and the data schema for effective product monitoring and analysis.

Requirements:

• Five years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and scripting.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Rivery Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience establishing data projects and/or teams from scratch is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization is very important to us.
