Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Client Success Manager located in Kiryat Ono. The Junior Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to drive performance, retaining customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer service, relationship building, and customer satisfaction skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
- Experience in customer retention and reducing churn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
- Experience in mobile app industry is a plus
- English Language - High Level - required
