As a Help Desk, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal employees' requests and provide them with technical assistance.
We can’t promise it will be easy, but definitely exciting and most importantly – FUN.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees seeking technical assistance over the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops and office equipment
- Ability to provide proactive customer service with strong attention to detail
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Walk the internal customer through the problem-solving process
- Support user onboarding by deploying hardware and providing training
- Manage user access to systems during employee lifecycle events (pre-hire, onboarding)
- Maintain all conference rooms and make sure all the equipment is up to date
- Ability to order assets and work with vendors
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proven experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS
- Experience with basic user administration of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Office365
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment and standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, WIFI, and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of Okta - Advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour
- Proven ability to support remote workforce
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing incidents and requests
- Advantage: Knowledge of Atlassian, Jira, Zoom, FortiGate, VPNs, Bitbucket, AWS, Azure
