Investment Customer Success Manager

A financial organization that offers companies, entities, and private customers currency exchange services, Require a customer success manager in a FX trading room.

Responsibilities

Managing a customer database and providing services in the field of foreign exchange transactions and deposits.

The position includes executing foreign exchange transactions, managing, and controlling a database of business customers and providing full service to the needs of the trading room while increasing the scope of activity of the customers and expanding the products they receive at the company.

The activity is carried out vis-à-vis the customer as well as the trading rooms of the various banks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably financial degree

Sales and management capabilities for a large number of business customers

Background in marketing and sales/customer management – a must

Background in marketing financial instruments – a great advantage

Experience as business / commercial banker OR consultants / investment marketers from banks

Order, precision and ability to work with customers as well as teamwork ability.

Knowledge in the field of foreign exchange and trading – an advantage

Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
