Business Development Representative

CommBox is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will take ownership of lead qualification and facilitate seamless handovers to our sales team. Your primary objective will be to secure and schedule meetings for our sales professionals. This role involves capturing, nurturing, and engaging leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social networks.

Responsibilities:

Qualify leads to assess their fit and readiness for engagement with the sales team.

Initiate and maintain effective communication with leads via phone, email, and social networks.

Identify potential prospects and engage in targeted outreach campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handovers.

Schedule and coordinate meetings for sales representatives.

Continuously update and maintain accurate lead data within the CRM system.

Requirements:

Native-level English skills required

Tech-savvy and business-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.

Scope:

Part-time role: 4 hours a day, 4 times a week (Monday to Thursday).

Minimum of 2 days to be worked from the office for collaborative purposes.
