As a Customer Success manager, you will embark on an exciting journey to ensure the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.

The hours are Mon-Thu
15:00-2:00
There will be flexibility with the hours after the first month of employment
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to deliver exceptional customer experiences and solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to drive success.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Native / Native level English.
- High verbal skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
