Customer Success Manager

WAY2VAT is a fast-growing Fintech company that provides multiple financial instruments including a fully automated VAT reclaim solution for businesses through revolutionary AI technology, and a smart spend card that enables corporations to manage their expenses.

We are looking to expand our Customer Success Team with an experienced team player to work with a growing portfolio of international accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with WAY2VAT solution.

· Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding and product implementation.

· Drive renewals and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

· Manage and make sure all required data, information, and documentation are being delivered from the customer's end to the W2V database and records.

· Work closely with Product, R&D, Sales, Finance, and other W2V teams to advocate client needs.

· Provide professional service in VAT processes and best practices.

· Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with all clients to ensure retention of accounts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.

· Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or as an Account Manager.

· Tech savvy with good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

· Motivation, open mind, assertiveness, and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

· The job may require occasional business trips to Europe.

This is a full-time position. The position will be based in our Petah-Tikva office.
