Your Role

As our first Data Analyst, you will:

• Pioneer Data Analytics within Cyclops Security: Establish and lead the analytics function, setting the standards and practices for data analysis and utilization across the platform.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Quality: Rigorously monitor and validate the quality of customer data displayed on our platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Science: Work closely with the Data Science team to refine and enhance our internal AI models, leveraging your insights to drive improvements and innovations.
• Master the Data: Achieve deep understanding and mastery over the data within our platform, becoming the go-to expert for data-related queries and analysis.
• Influence Product Development: Use your insights to influence the direction of product development, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the needs of our users.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a significant portion of that within the cybersecurity domain. Experience in establishing or leading an analytics function is highly desirable.
• Cybersecurity Acumen: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and the landscape of cybersecurity solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and to articulate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
