Our flagship product, EMA by AIVF is a digital workspace that connects the entire care team to fully automated AI-based embryo evaluation (which takes into account visual quality, morphokinetics, and ploidy probability for every embryo), streamlined communications and powerful analytics tools.
Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in driving AIVF’s growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team and ultimately delivering an end-to-end digital suite of solutions that improves efficiency and efficacy in IVF.
As a SDR, you will be responsible for uncovering, sourcing, educating, nurturing, and developing sales leads into new business opportunities. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. By partnering closely with AIVFs Marketing and Account Executive teams, you’ll share AIVF’s story and products with prospective customers and serve as a subject matter expert on reproductive technology and IVF.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough research and prospect to identify potential leads and target accounts within the Americas and Europe
- Cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn for strategic outreach
- Utilize lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo.io, as well as social media and industry events to prospect and generate new leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company strategies
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Identify and codify best practices for refining AIVF’s lead-generation playbook
- Meet and exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals
Outreach and Engagement:
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) to initiate contact with potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in fertility clinics, healthcare institutions, fertility benefits management companies, health insurance providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other strategic industry partners
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of AIVF's products and services to prospects
Qualification and Handoff:
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with AIVF's ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition MQLs to SQLs, and SQLs for further discussion
- Set up meetings or calls between SQLs and regional sales leads
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions in AIVF’s CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot)
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and overall pipeline health
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to the sales and marketing teams on lead generation activities and outcomes
