Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Haifa. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for handling technical support requests from customers, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Technical Support Specialist will also work closely with the R&D development team to improve and enhance products based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a technical support role
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
