Technical Support Specialist

Job Description: We're seeking an Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with excellent English proficiency and strong technical capabilities to join our team in Kfar Saba, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Offer timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and problems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Provide assistance with general office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Very good English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
