Social Media Manager

Global On Media is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and energetic Social Media Manager to join our established online media company. Working on our global portfolio of publisher and affiliate sites in the finance investment vertical.  

Responsibilities: 

Global on Media owns several well-known multilanguage online global brands. 

As our Social Media Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of our social channels, including strategy, content creation, monitoring activities and managing dialogues to ensure channel growth. 

Your prime responsibility is ensuring our social presence is engaging and building trust with our users in all languages (Translators are available).

• Responsible for GOM Brands exposure and presence on social platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram- main goal is expanding the reach of our content, attracting visitors to our websites, and generating leads. 

• Data Analysis and Effective Monitoring- data-driven person to analyze data and extract actionable insights- test new strategies and new content while optimizing social strategy based on results. 

• Basic Photography and Videography skills- maintaining a posting schedule and creating platform-specific content, including text posts, videos, and graphics. Creating images or graphics for FB posts, creating mobile- optimized videos for stories\reels. 

• Copywriting and creating a brand voice- responsible for the creation and adaptation of written content for specific social media networks. 

• Monitoring and managing dialogue with followers on the platforms. 

• Supporting the marketing team as needed. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ year experience in social media and community management, preferably in the gaming, affiliate, or publishing sector. 
• Fluency in English.  
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian – is an advantage. 
• Experience with social media tools and data-driven decision-making, focusing on crypto market trends. 
• Establishing and managing successful influencer and streamer campaigns is an advantage. 
• Strong Organization and communication skills. 
• Self-starter, highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude, and a team player. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
