Job Description:

Providing technical & applicative support, customer service, as well as finding real-time solutions for company clients.

Conducting training sessions.

Collaborating with project managers.

Guiding clients and providing professional support and information services.

Working with advanced technical systems.

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in technical support - mandatory.

At least two years of experience in Customer service- mandatory.

Familiarity with Office, operating systems, and Windows.

Ability to find solutions to problems and malfunctions.

Service-oriented, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and motivation.

Good English proficiency.

Conditions:

Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday - 9:00 - 18:00.
