We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented administrative professional, who will provide administrative and operational support to our CEO. Your role focuses on administration, project management and operations.

- The goal is to do whatever it takes to keep the CEO focused on company development. This role involves heavy collaboration with the CEO, but also requires an independent mindset.
- You’re extremely organized, you notice and remember details.
- You’re proactive: Identify things that need to be done and resolve them without being told to.
- You’re a fast learner.
- You’re willing to hustle, and do whatever it takes to get tasks done.
- You’re able to initiate complex tasks and see them through to completion with minimal assistance.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
- You’ve provided administrative and logistical support for startup founders.
- You’re an expert with email, calendars, excel and powerpoint. You’re not afraid of quickly learning new technologies.
- You’re fluent with the internet and internet culture, able to research anything effectively online.
- You strive to continuously improve yourself and your surroundings.
- You’re discrete and able to keep confidential information to yourself.
- You have a positive, proactive mindset.
🚀 Bonus points
- An academic degree.
- Previous experience at a startup.
- People-first and passionate about helping small businesses grow.
- Basic bookkeeping, HR and financial experience or knowledge.
- Foodtech/Biotech/Life science familiarity.
- You’re comfortable driving.
💎 Responsibilities
- Understand the CEO’s goals and protect her time accordingly.
- Office management: expenses documentation, coordinating company events and meetings, administrative support, HR support, logistics support.
- R&D support: vendor management and orders management.
- Independently track tasks and follow-up action items.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and needs and handle matters proactively, swiftly, and to completion while meeting deadlines.
- Assist the CEO with projects as needed and provide operational support for the CEO's initiatives.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries.
- Stay in the loop.
- Work with others inside and outside of the company to make sure important moves are made.
