Head of Client Management

A leading company in the online marketing field is seeking a Head of Clients to join and lead the team. The HO Clients will be responsible for leading client relations within the digital advertising industry, driving revenue growth, and overseeing client satisfaction.

A deep understanding of online advertising is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account and campaign managers.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high retention and growth.
• Manage large-scale marketing budgets and projects.
• Identify growth potential and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Keep up with industry trends and introduce new methods to the team.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in online marketing in a client-facing position
• Account Management experience.
• Proven ability to work and present to senior management, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, including setting and achieving performance goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-driven with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Effective time management, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Hebrew (native) and English (fluent)
